Pros
CEO has a vision about the company future. He is doing a good job there and the company has been growing fast past a few years. There are a lot good and very profession people: marketing, sales, customer success and engineering. There is a lot of learning opportunities.
Cons
New CTO came last year and made a lot of questionable decisions. As result very professional engineers (knowledge holders) left the company. Looks like CTO has no idea how to develop Software SaS products. Also he doesn't listen experts who have spent many years in the industry. The company will lose engineering power very soon that was built last 6-7 years.
