Pros

Base Salary was good + 4-weeks of PTO

Cons

- The company set a strict rule that all Account Executives (AE) had to sell their entire quota, and falling short would put them on a three-month probation. Even achieving 99% of the quota during probation wasn't enough, as they would be fired right away. On top of that, the sales managers took a micromanagement approach, closely watching and controlling every move of the AE team. This led to frustration and lack of freedom, pushing many AEs to quit. As a result, the company ended up with a reduced workforce, which could impact the overall sales team's performance. - Additionally, it should be mentioned that the company's 401(k) retirement plan did not include any matching contributions from the employer. - Adding to the previous points, it is important to note that upper management primarily focused their attention on Account Executives (AE) who were performing well, while seemingly disregarding the rest of the team. Instead of providing support and guidance to struggling AEs, the upper management's visits and attention were primarily reserved for those who were meeting or exceeding their sales targets. - Furthermore, the managerial approach within the company involved publicly highlighting individual mistakes in front of peers, which could create an uncomfortable and potentially embarrassing atmosphere for employees. In addition, one-on-one meetings were scattered throughout the week, further reducing the time available for independent work and causing potential disruptions to productivity. Moreover, there was an expectation for employees to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and even holidays, putting a strain on work-life balance. On certain days, the sales team faced an overwhelming schedule with back-to-back meetings, lasting for 4-5 hours, involving both internal team discussions and company-wide updates. Despite the substantial time dedicated to these meetings, there remained an expectation to maintain productivity and complete the entire sales cycle promptly. This demanding work environment may have placed excessive pressure on the employees, potentially impacting their overall effectiveness and job satisfaction. It is crucial for companies to strike a balance between effective management, respect for employees' time and well-being, and maintaining a positive work environment that fosters productivity and growth.

Pros

Cool Teammates, they do have a solid product

Cons

- Low pay, low commission they sometimes mess up on commission - quota is always changing, you feel like you're not good enough if you are not meeting quota. - you will call leads that sound like they are half asleep and are not legitimate business owners. - dial 100s of people a day, basically a telemarketer.
