Pros

Flexible Schedule, Base Salary Competitive, Full Benefits, Room To Grow And Promote From Within, Acknowledge Hard Work, Perks...company retreats, cruise etc...

Cons

The only people not successful at FiveStars either don't put in the work, or are disorganized. Occasionally, from my experience, I see a person that is just a poor fit to sell in general...low energy, low output, low activity equates to low commissions.

I've been working at FiveStars for over a year and it's exciting to see a team of young, passionate individuals come to work every day motivated by the mission of helping both businesses and communities thrive and turning every transaction into a relationship. It's obvious the FiveStars team has a strong work ethic. The leaders at FiveStars are authentic, bright and highly motivated as well.
