Pros

Lots of great changes are happening for the Inside Sales Department. Good benefits packages, fully equipped set up for office, and leadership. Fivestars is overall a great company to work for. Be sure that you're well versed in a high volume activity environment and are a scrappy individual. If you can't find the answers from your team, find them through your own resources, you'll stand out the most. Be open with your managers, being in a remote environment we tend to forget about personal connection. Let them know what is going on so they can diagnose a better plan for you to succeed. You can only get better if you take accountability and use your people to help you.

Cons

Growing pains - There are so many changes happening for the greater good of the company, yes the warm leads are of not so great quality but eventually over time it will get better. There are new things coming that will bring those qualified businesses for you to speak with and help. Only think of the bigger picture!
