Interesting start-up idea, but messy, disorganized with no control

Pros

Most of the people are fantastic. This start-up has great energy, an interesting idea and can be a lot of fun

Cons

The sales cycle is 1 month so there is no break from the quota stress. This translates into working 60+ hours a week (can be up to 90). The product price was raised constantly with no increase in the commission structure.

Cons

Work never ends. Its not about Work/Life Balance. Its more about Work/Life Integration. We all know what we need to do, so we do it. No matter what to takes.
