Easy workload with most employees doing nothing

Cons

They fire without cause, they belittle you, other employees bully people at work, management is useless and hides from conflict, when fired the owner just helps himself to your toolbox taking stuff that they want before u pick it up, oh and mainly they damage your car without fixing it or taking ownership

Pros

Well managed, fast paced shop with modern equipment. They were one of the better places I've worked and replaced broken equipment quickly.

Cons

It was difficult to get additional training to learn new skills at times because of the fast pace, everyone was pretty nice though.
