      Pros

      You get your own MacBook There are company events Hybrid Balance Snacks and Beer Available at all times

      Cons

      Lack of work which lead to a big layoff this year (10+ employees) Lack of communication from management Getting projects that need to be rushed because expectations were not communicated well with clients Changing of the project manager role was a mess for project development

      Pros

      Culture is very good. Everyone is welcome. Leadership cares about you and your concerns. Company is growing very fast which leans on job security. Continually learning on the job to boost your skills. Great support from experienced team mates. Work can be challenging but ultimately rewarding.

      Cons

      On-boarding as a new developer is a bit challenging. Compensation for certain development roles is less than it should be based on current role expectations (ie Project Development Lead).
