Good team building activities along with strong leadership Utilizes all the skills I have acquired through my many years in the field of special education without the extra 10-20 hours/ week required to make a classroom excellent.

Cons

Confusing communication Lack of support from the district Lack of funds to hire enough staff to meet the needs of the students

Pros

Employees really care about the students. Accommodations for students with disabilities are fantastic in the transportation department!

Cons

Low base pay Needs more financial and back up support from the school board and county stakeholders. Why? Without the transportation department, a good majority of the public school students would not be in public school.
