Pros

If you are interested in good money and great benefits (which, of course, many people are), this company offers competitive compensation and health benefits. There are also some incredibly smart people at the company doing really innovative and groundbreaking work. The employees that are happy there are the ones on a good team with a good manager, so they are "shielded" from the Cons (below).

Cons

I have found that the most genuine people at the company often leave because they can't take the toxic culture. Most of the leadership prioritizes satisfying the CEO at the cost of the respect and/or mental health of the employees. If you don't have a good manager, there is no one to go to for support. Issues are not handled in a professional or productive manner if they do not negatively affect leadership.
