As a team, we have high expectations of each other and of our own contributions to the company. To succeed at Flagship, it helps to have enthusiasm, determination, agility, and a dedication to the mission of founding, funding, and managing companies based on exploration and harnessing the unknown. The work being done at Flagship has never been done before, there is no play book for us to follow. I have worked for several other companies and Flagship is the best company I have worked for. I don't have cons for Flagship. My manager is supportive and has become one of my greatest mentors, the work is challenging, I respect my peers, and I have a great work/life balance.
