Full disclosure - I was at a series A (NewCo) company. As a defuct company, no one will read this review under its name, hence posting under parent company. In a tough funding environment, FSP has too many companies on life support. Suppliers are unpaid, project funding ridiculously low, employees are kept in the dark on funding, year-end compensation decisions delayed 2 months without a given reason. When it comes, multiplier is very low because we missed our goals. Fine, but how can we meet our goals when a $10K experiment doesn't fit in the budget? CEO always reports back the same platitudes on status. Lead team members being more candid are reprimanded for it.
