      Pros

      Teamwork is really important in most business units. People throughout the company are really friendly. Upper management seem to make good financial decisions to prepare for the future.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, despite being told it is. There is no objective way to work towards promotions. Some technology is further behind than other companies, sometimes making daily work more time consuming.
