Senior management does not respect working personnel. Continues to hire too many high priced, senior executives but unwilling to hire workers for understaffed teams. Too many layoffs.

There are layoffs literally ever few months. Nobody knows if they still have a job from one day to the next and up for management changing just as fast doesn't help. Just looking at the amount of staff it's clear how the bank is run behind the scenes. They try to Gaslight with hirings that are just basically Bankers while everyone on the back end gets chopped. They have you doing the job of multiple people and then limit your year review scoring.
