      Pros

      In the beginning, before being purchased by Roche, this was a very friendly company. It was compassionate and seemed to be on the right track, which made it unique.

      Cons

      The management team is pretty clueless AND ruthless. The criticism listed in other review is legitimate. In my opinion, it is a big mistake to prop young, inexperienced people in HR and management positions.

      Fast growth therefore runs out of tasks early in the month Non-competitive pay and no raise. No way you could do this as your only job... esp with the limit on hours when they are available If you send a task to review panel, be prepared for a condescending reply on how you should have found the answer on your own in the P&P The (former contract/part-time ) abstractors are a forgotten group in the covid-era- have no idea what’s going on within the company
