      Pros

      I would have said benefits, pay, upward mobility, but that is all up for speculation these days with things changing daily. In the other hand, there’s never a shortage of work or opportunities for stretching skills.

      Cons

      A lot of benefits are being discontinued and many have become unscalable. The benefits we have now are not accepted everywhere.
