      Flexible schedule, remote work from home

      Cons

      Low pay, work is inconsistent. Can be stressful work even though it is remote. Worked well for my needs for a long time. In 8 years no pay raise. I started as contract worker and changed to part time when that was no longer an option. Takes too long to have any questions answered no direct supervisor to help or guide you.

      The company mission is positive.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Collaboration is really just playing a game of telephone most times. The company can’t seem to plan for and execute on longer term plans, individuals are more incentivized to chase quick short terms wins and sometimes at the cost of longer term success and sustainability. A lot of senior leadership members worked here for too long and were promoted from ICs due to tenure that just don’t have any leadership experience or know what a healthy org even looks like elsewhere.
