      Great colleagues, pivoting company

      Pros

      Some of the best people I worked with. Good behavior/culture is encouraged and rewarded. Engineering has some good challenges to solve.

      Cons

      Firm doesn't make as much money as it was expected to to justify current investments, which is why it's trying to find new revenue sources. This has led to a few layoff rounds.

      interesting work, good collogues, good mission

      Cons

      Very busy as they ramp up the services department, there are growing pains as this part of the company grows but hopefully in the coming months newer processes and staffing help the growing department.

      Low pay, LONG hours, unsupportive mgmt, bad tone at top. People will quit in droves. Environment feels toxic.
