Pros
The training and culture of the company are awesome. There is so much flexibility within the role that it really can work for anyone’s schedule. Training is thorough, even being a remote role, and they are always looking for feedback to improve their system.
Cons
It can be hard to get in touch with someone for specific questions regarding HR. Email can only be accessed on the work laptop so you have to stay by the computer logged in to get a response. But honestly, they work really hard to be as present as possible.
