Don't work here unless you enjoy being gaslit by your managers into thinking that everything is ok and that you're doing a good job, only for them to go behind your back so they can talk crap about you and conspire to have you fired. Things that aren't your fault will get blamed on you by mgmt if they decide to scapegoat you. They will chastise you simply for asking questions about projects. Mgmt will lie to your face like it's nbd. This company is very poorly run imo (wasting money on renting expensive co-working spaces and on big bar tabs). It seems like only those who kiss the ring/lick the flatiron boots end up in upper level mgmt positions. The whole place is rotten from the inside. I'd think thrice before joining or contracting them.
