Pros
I loved working for a company that has a great mission, you can feel the passion amongst all the teams. The benefits were great and it was a very flexible work environment.
Cons
Executive leadership is not transparent at all about the health and direction of Flatiron. Constantly confusing messaging from the top such as making promotion announcements one week and then sudden layoffs the next week. The buzzwords to talk about the direction of the company is unclear and company morale is definitely a consistent issue with all the constant change.
