Small company feel, big company business

Small, family owned company and many decisions are made based on that idea and premise. Everyone is approachable and willing to help. It is not a perfect workplace but it is has distinct advantages over working at a huge company, where it is far easier to get lost in the shuffle. Strong leadership with forward looking ideas.

Cons

Internal IT infrastructure is behind.

This company relies on their employees. They are greatly appreciative and really try to show them how they feel about the employees. There is always fun things to, bonuses, lunches, outside work events, fundraisers. This truly us a great company. The employees are like family with each other.

Cons

there is a lot of work, but i'd rather be busy with a company growing, than a company that is slow and fading away.
