Business Development is a team that is continually evolving. As Fleet Response continues to grow, this is often the team to lead new initiatives. We've recently added two new additional roles to the Business Development Team to assist with the workload. Staffing is continually evaluated for all departments as we position ourselves for continued growth as a company.

Great Place to Work

Pros

The CEO truly cares about all employees and goes out of his way to get to know you as an individual. The company values your opinion and hard work. Hard work and effort is recognized and rewarded. You are not a number here. Each month a company lunch is offered and management looks to find creative ways for employees to spend time together. Picnics, games, team challenges, fundraisers, all encourage stronger relationships and adds to the family atmosphere. Employees are friendly and welcoming. The casual, happy environment makes coming to work every day easy. Managers provide clear feedback and work with you to help you become more successful.

Cons

Contributing to the team and company success is expected, so management expects your best efforts. Many changes are happening as systems are updated to improve overall process and efficiency, this requires patience and flexibility

Pros

SOME great employees who are really down to earth and helpful, they close at 8pm, they host fun events for the entire company at times. They provide lunches sometimes, $1 shift differential.

Cons

No PTO for 1 year, Heath Insurance is too expensive, Semi Annual Bonuses are crappy, Leadership pretends to encourage you but really talk bad about you. Computer systems are way too outdated and customers hate to call in because of it. Systems crash frequently, too much extra work they "require" you to do outside of your actual job description, too much of a stressful job to have to manage everyday stress outside of work. Not worth it. Small family owned company that's takes on more than they can handle with the number of employees they have. Definitely need to expand and get more with the times and not 1989. You'd think the laid back environment and family vibe is awesome at first but, word of advice is to stay to yourself if you choose this job. Don't work in the call center, most stressful department and they treat them like peasants.
