Smaller company with an actual open door environment. Hard work is rewarded and ideas are encouraged. Family-owned business by a family that cares and is engaged with employees. If you're willing to put in the hard work and effort every day, it's a great place to be!
Cons
Hard work is rewarded, but also expected. You have to be of the mindset to contribute in any way needed in a fast paced, high productivity environment. The company is growing fast, so there's also change. All are actually positive things, but you need to be open to change, growth and working as a team on anything that's needed.
