I genuinely enjoy working for this company and with any luck will retire from here. Employee engagement and diversity are kept a priority. The company offers incentives to encourage participation in group activities and charity causes and to promote physical and mental wellness. My coworkers and direct reports are second to none. Frequent internal promotions and growth opportunities continue. Our Owner and CEO is one the most genuinely kind and caring people I’ve ever met.
Cons
Opportunities in better pay scaling and transparency - setting clear pay bands or levels for positions is overdue. Pay for internal promotions should equal or EXCEED what the company is willing to pay an external hire for the role. Paying a premium for a good hire should not stop at external hiring.
