Pros

Personal growth is what I had here the most. I learned how to effectively communicate to non-technical audiences and present actionable analyses.

Cons

Lack of advanced analytic tools; the manual, timely processes hinders our progress. Many of us has put in our ideas for improvement to IT; however, because of the many timely projects, our requests may take months to years until they are played out.

Pros

The company was recently acquired by new owners. The new leadership team has the charter to grow the business by bringing it into the 21st century. There is a lot of opportunity for employees to have an impact, which is exactly what leadership wants. It's fast paced and not a lot of bureaucracy.

Cons

It's fast pace and there is a lot of work to be done. You just need to prioritize, calibrate often, and focus on things that will impact today. Some of the employees who have been around for a long time don't want to change. Stakes are high and it's not for the faint of heart.
