management has little to no experience working with employees or with team moral. Although the work load is minimal, working with management is next to talking to a wall.

Hours are good, enjoy most coworkers.

Cons

Management treats employees poorly No communication to staff and tend to belittle employees all the time. If they do not like you they ride you and make you feel worthless. If they like you they treat you like the teachers pet. Use of vulgar language to employees. They treat you how they want and do not respect anyone. They do not have a clue as to what associate morale is. No room for advancement, or opportunity for growth for employees whether it be through the cabin or as a developing employee. Benefits suck. No incentives They do not compensate based on exp, they base compensation based on personal feeling and whether you are the pet.

The office is in Las Colinas facing Lake Caroline, lots to do there and a nice gym facilities

Cons

High turnover, low pay and top heavy management, low quality employees in management very unprofessional environment.
