      - Successful company, there's a long track record here. - The platform is rated well. - There's lots of resources. - Tenure tends to be strong, if you're performing you tend to stay. There's some real over performance potential here.

      Cons

      - There's some over confidence - like market changes shouldn't matter or the product should always win. - Feels like if we don't hit numbers, it's the sales team that didn't do it's job. It doesn't always feel like a team sport. - Departments can operate in silos. - Comp is below the market. - Onboarding is not great and if you don't come from the industry, it's going to take you a while to get up to speed.
