      hands off management. Great if you're motivated to succeed smb is really their best market fit at the moment

      poor management. nobody knows what they are doing SDR/BDR team is all new college grads with no sales experience

      -great benefits and pto -welcoming culture -lots of very competent people without oversized egos -opportunities to grow -remote friendly since before it was cool

      -as the company is growing, it feels like work across teams is more siloed and compartmentalized. when i started a year ago, there was a culture of radical transparency around company and team performance data, which was a draw for me, but that transparency seems to be narrowing
