      Pros

      - Work/Life balance is unmatched. They hold the standard for creating a healthy work/life balance and *trusting* their employees to get their work done on their own without time and place micromanagement. - Incredible benefits - Culture is modern and the leadership shows their values, rather than talking about them.

      Cons

      - I have none. Best company I've ever worked for.

      Really great people that make me want to stick around, even working remotely.

      Lots of back and forth around processes. Company is growing out of a startup so there's the usual pains.
