      Pros

      Fleetio is a wonderful company to work for - they truly value the employees they have and want to help them develop not only at Fleetio, but in their careers. Fleetio is a remote first company and have been since before COVID. They truly know what work-life balance means and have an entire squad dedicated to culture. Employees are constantly learning more at Fleetio and departments are improving processes every day.

      Cons

      Fleetio is growing really fast (which is a good thing), but it does mean sometimes there are bumps along the way. Nothing that I would consider a con, but definitely have to know you are along for the ride!

      Pros

      Fleetio deeply cares for all employees. The transparent leadership here is such a breath of fresh air and honestly pretty rare in companies these days

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive, but I have seen significant improvements since I joined.
