      Pros

      Fleetio brings a great work/life balance. They give you a lot of individuality to bring your strengths and have ownership of your role. I believe that they trust in your ability to meet OKRs and give you the freedom to meet them in your own way. This is hard to find in many jobs.

      Cons

      Management needs more training in communication and team leadership. Hard separation between the team to manager dynamic. It can make uncomfortable meetings and work enviroment.

      Pros

      One of the things I love about being a part of Fleetio is the amount of smart people that I work with on a regular basis. Every one is really open minded. Working together to continue to deliver solutions for our customers has been awesome. Leadership is very transparent. Benefits are good. Remote Friendly culture. Innovative and constantly listening to our customers to ensure we deliver the best possible product.

      No Sick Time... but time off is pretty flexible!
