      Pros

      - As a company we are very customer focused - Internally we're empowered to assist other teams and impact the future of the company - Everyone stays very focused on our culture and I really enjoy how seriously we take our weekly 1:1 time - The remote culture allows me to work with the most talented people from all over the country - Our customers are great and the automotive space has a tremendous future

      Cons

      - Fast growing start ups have to solve a lot of challenges, but our leadership team is heading off the growing pains very well - With so many opportunities in front of us it can be difficult to determine the best path forward, but our strategic framework does a good job of keeping multiple departments aligned and focused

      Pros

      Intelligent, accountable coworkers. Extremely remote friendly. Lots of trust from management to try and learn new things. Management has also demonstrated repeatedly that they are open to feedback from employees. The product is really strong too. Lots of positive momentum across the board.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of cons to comment on. The company has grown a lot in the past year which leads to occasional minor growing pains but they are very deliberate about in trying to minimize those types of things as much as possible.
