Regarding our benefits offering — offering the same benefits in different countries is tricky as we have to meet the requirements of that particular country; however, we work closely with our country partners to develop a unique benefits package that is competitive. Additionally, we look at the benefits package as a whole offering to ensure it's equitable to the offered US benefits; however, each benefit may not be the same or offered in each country. As Fleetio grows, so does our benefits offering. We consistently listen to feedback and the market and adjust as needed.
