It's a super easy job , pretty laid back for the most part

Cons

Absolutely no raises , last year (2024/2025) we didn't get time and a half for working working thanksgiving, Christmas, or new years, honestly I do like my job but honestly it's a dead end job . The only way you'll get a raise is if you get promoted and with me being white and a female I don't see myself going higher than a lead ( yes there's a lot of favoritism by the am supervisor)
