Pros

Joining start-ups can be a tough decision. You know you are in for some disruption (everyone is wearing multiple hats) & not everything can be a priority. In my many years of being in tech (multiple start-ups) I was surprised to see how organized Fleetsmith is at the size of the organization. One of the highlights during my interview (which ultimately made me decide to join) was the heavy focus on the people's operations team. They really go out of their way to look out for their employees. Another great note about the organization is the level of transparency from the top down. All hard questions will be answered and the C Level team is very approachable!

Pros

Recently joined Fleetsmith and it's been one of the best career decisions I've ever made. The product is amazing and will help a lot of people get their Apple devices in order. The team is the best part however. From the first interview call to our last all hands everyone has been joyful and welcoming. This is a place where everyone is supported and motivated to shine.

Cons

The floor under my desk is a little squeaky.

Pros

- The best company culture I've ever experienced - Leadership and management that truly care about you - The company has built a team of great, genuine and hardworking people - Flexible work hours - Genuine care about our customers and their success - A company that doesn't just publish their values on a web page but that actually practices them - Snacks and food - Dogs!

Cons

Nothing more than the usual growing pains of a startup: processes that need to be put in place, disparate systems, etc. but really that just means there is plenty of opportunity for people to join the team and make a real impact here.
