Pros

Incredible colleagues - smart, driven, highly collaborative and hungry for growth. Product with a great market fit and excellent leadership - down-to-earth, approachable, experts in the space and incredibly transparent. This company is definitely poised for incredible growth and has the leadership and plan in place to make it happen.

Cons

Like any high-growth company there are some growing pains as processes are initiated or updated to align with growth. I do feel, though, that the leadership have the foresight to tackle this before it becomes a larger problem.

- Growing fast with a lot of opportunity to make a big & positive impact on the company - Each and every person is extremely self-aware, thoughtful, and striving towards making our product, org, culture, and themselves better than yesterday - We have a really talented team that has brought the best of the companies they've come from to our own culture & processes - Fleetsmith is an incredibly fascinating product in rapidly growing space. There's a huge amount of opportunity to impact that space is a completely unique way.

Cons

- We are growing fast. The office feels smaller every day :). - Still figuring things out. Some processes work great, while others don't. You need to be willing to take things in stride and be adaptable while we hit our stride.
