Pros

Nothing pro about this company.

Cons

Worked at Stramit building products (a subsidiary to fletcher buulding in Australia) Was my first job after uni and it completely turned me off the industry to the point that I changed my career path. Everyday for 12 months I was called a ‘Muslim terrorist’ for no reason other than I was of middle eastern decent. I hate this company for what it did to me and I hope the people involved get what they deserve.

Great people to work with, exciting and diverse experience, challenging, great perks (company car). Overall heaps of fun.

Cons

Culture of long work hours, hard to have work life balance. Lack of effective diversity and inclusion measures. Little bit corporate.
