They'll bend over backwards for technicians who claim they know computers, but they don't anything because engineer is stuck doing they're job.

Cons

- Very knee jerk reaction supervisors - Get pretty far by lying - Playing dumb literally gets you far - They will put other people's jobs on your plate (One-Man-Army)
