Pros

- Lots of technicians and operators to support making the work load lighter - Management does a great job listening and improving work environment - Steady work and Work/Life balance is great. - Company is willing to pay for courses for you to improve skills - Get to build the next generation of electronics

Cons

- Gets boring after a while. Doing the same kind of job day after day. There's only so many different ways to build electronics until it becomes repetitive. - Pay and benefits are ok. Other companies can pay more.
