The team I was in was under good leadership, reasonable and professional. The team and all its small divisions/departments had good teamwork, cohesion and communication between each other which made the work very fulfilling. Good medical benefits.

Cons

Some other teams were not as lucky with management level people dodging responsibilities with little to no accountability. People underneath had to pick up the slack in order to meet KPI.
