      Contract Manufacturing is a declining market - get out now!

      Pros

      In Business Development I had a good base salary. There are a lot of smart people in the lower echelons of the company. The company was very vertically integrated in its capability.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent. They keep trying to fix things through trial and error methodology. Bonuses do not exist for most below VP level.

      Pros

      Lot of stuff and systems to learn. Interact with lots of great people in different areas. Global approach, local execution. Always more projects and things to learn and execute.

      Cons

      Not the best managed company. Bureaucratic, large and not everyone looks on the same direction. Local execution can mean sometimes that local management doesn't like or agree what global management is trying to do.
