      Good salary, office was in a good area in Penang. Work was demanding but interesting.

      Cons

      Too much politics. Never able to get a good work done because of political pressures, cronyism. Unfair treatment of good employees.

      - great local expert team and coworkers whom to work with, both in professional and personal features. - relative big enough freedom in working tools, to realize your imaginations and if it is not tooo innovative then you will find Sr mmt support on it.

      Cons

      - environment is not ideal for family and private life. - compensation package depends in 120% of corporate and own needs. Means, if you are very required can gain extra more. But if you need the job, benefit is highly under the exp. avrg. - local Sr management - not a human-in-the-focus company. Employers are tools on progress and to achieve goals. - no focus on coworkers professional development.
