      Pros

      Flexible time is one of the best reasons to work at Flextronics. It was easy to balance work and life responsibilities. You work hard and a lot is demanded but the rewards are fair.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for advancement Execution by any means...no real plan on how to get there. Groups within the company are too big thus it feels like it is really tuff to get anything done.

      The money is decent with no education, otherwise it is a waste of time, it will give you lots of unnecessary stress in your life

      There are nothing but cons to this job. Stress, Hours, People you work with, People that you help, everything. Everything.

      -The opportunities for Career Growth -Employees have the potential to make quick advancements in the company -The nature of the business offers Job Security to everyone involved

      Cons

      - The amount of pay is not equal to the amount of responsibilities required from technicians - Stressful - Extremely fast paced and demanding retail environment - Unreasonable sales goals for technicians who never agreed to do sales upon offer of employment. - Constant changes in rules and regulations - Employees are held accountable for circumstances that are beyond their control. Ex: If a customer is unhappy with Verizon Wireless pricing, the technician is responsible for making the customer happy even though the technician has absolutely no authority or power to change Verizon Wireless pricing.
