Most people are friendly and cooperative

Cons

Constant reorganizations and layoffs every year. HR is not supported like other departments with no training, no certification support and no stability with constant pay and headcount cuts to keep profits. No raises for years.

Good initiatives, decent benefits, many online learning tools, opportunities to learn

Cons

Actions do not align with their corporate initiatives, not a good place for LGBTQIA+ people to work, employees there for 20+ years are there for a reason, top talent leaves due to lack of career advancement and no pay increases (did not receive any pay adjustment during my 3 years there), penny-pinching mindset over everything else, very poor internal software tools.
