      West Columbia Site needs serious overhaul

      Pros

      Above all this site can be a good place to work. Most employees are laid back, and easy going. That is until You are laid off.

      Cons

      The problem is they cannot maintain valuable customers needed to sustain the real profit they need to function. Therefore, they are always cutting corners by layoffs, Plant shutdowns, and reducing Paid Time Off hours you can acquire . As a result management is always on the merry go round and can't seem to provide needed guidance in any direction.

      None that I can think of

      Cons

      They make you work more than 40 hours almost every week and call you in during the weekends. No management skills and most of the people especially in the IT department do not speak English.

      - You get good food, drinks and snacks from client visits - Easy job to learn about sales and manufacturing - Lot to learn but you get the hang of it in a few months

      - Lack of potential for growth - Not good for young workers - Lack of communication
