Friendly environment, people are very nice. 401k 4% match from day one, performance bonus up to 20% of salary. Management leave you alone let you do your job.

Large Scale, Reach and Thin Margin company. If you are in to PCB, Plastics, Mechanical and Bending Metals - This is the place for you. Treats employees well and compassionate.

Cons

Large EMS companies treat employees as dispensable and like a factory worker (Layoff is way of life within the walls of this company). Not a place for development engineer. No innovation, management is interested in arbirtrage of component buying to shore up 3% profit with huge revenue but slim Gross Margin when compared to Google, CISCO.
