Pros

Flex provided a highly supportive team environment with an excellent work-life balance. Despite joining the company virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic, I experienced a smooth transition and received comprehensive training. The global presence of the company fostered enriching cross-cultural communication and growth opportunities, while also offering avenues for self-improvement and skill enhancement.

Cons

The only downsides I encountered at the company were limited autonomy and occasional changes in structure.
