Pros

A great place to spread your wings and learn from some truly talented engineers and businesses professionals. Providing you can follow basic directions and complete tasks by being self driven you will be afforded many opportunities. These opportunities include travel to customer and vendor locations, Manufacturing expos, additional Flex-Tec factory locations and more.

Cons

Not a good place for people that don't have self drive or don't care about their quality of work. You will receive what you give.

Pros

Lots of wonderful opportunities for growth and advancement, but you need to be willing to put in the work. Learn new tasks, help advance coworkers skills, and follow policy.

Cons

Air-conditioning in the factory would be wonderful, but not really feasible for the entire factory

Pros

Outside of a paycheck there is no benefit to working at Flex-Tec

Cons

The CEO is a misogynist, condescending, racist, narcissistic, micromanaging man. He is the type to bring others down constantly. If you do one thing wrong expect a longgg email telling you how dumb you are. He often spoke negatively of past co-workers. The president of the company echos the same thought patterns. Both publicly humiliate and shame the employees regularly calling them stupid, making fun of them, talking down to them, or being condescending and sarcastic in meetings with 30 or more people in them as well as in email. Horrible treatment. There wasnt even clean drinking water. The technology the staff had to use was severely outdated. The main tracking and work system was from 2016. Outlook was 2019. The pay is terrible. There are no benefits to working here outside of the measly paycheck you will collect. The steps to complete one task that had to be followed were so old like from the 1960's. Nothing has been updated or changed. Including the building you work in with no AC. So many hoops to jump through for simple things. The CEO is the one that signs off on every, single, mistake you make. There is NO training program. They expected one person to do 10 jobs perfectly every time with no training besides what they call a "user doc" which is a essay written usually in 2016 or earlier that was so outdated the steps didnt even work half the time. You were ridiculed if you made a mistake. The pay is a terrible! Run far and fast from this place.
