Pros

The number one thing to work for PMG is the money. It sounds too good to be true but the money is real. They are one of the only ones to take care of your lodging also so that's a good thing also. If you are uncomfortable with any situation with the client PMG will make sure to resolve it. They don't hassle you if you take care of business and their checks always clear.

Cons

Travel isn't for everybody. Everyone has a different situation and being under contract your voice doesn't carry as much weight with the client. You don't get paid holidays or vacation but that's why we get paid what we do.

Pros

Wages, travel, team spirit, management Support. I have been with PMG close to a year now and have enjoyed my work time and my off time. All management and support level personnel go out of their way to ensure you are able to do your job. If problems arose they were rectified immediately.

Cons

There are no cons to speak of

Pros

-flexible schedule -work hard, play hard -open door policy with management -great compensation -room for growth -team outings and bonding events This company has come a very long way and I only see a positive and prosperous future!

Cons

-PTO plan needs improvement -would prefer a more central office location
