      Pros

      They Provide work laptops, Cell Phones and the option to work remotely at least once a week, open kitchen with free lunches, wide variety of beverages, Keurig Coffee Machine and a HH fridge. Company parties and with great gifts and or seasonal event parties, volunteer work, games, treadmills and great benefits!

      Cons

      Busy Peak Season tend to be long days and may have to work weekends.

      PMG provides as many perks as possible to our employees. We care about the satisfaction of each and every employee, and want employees to be excited about coming to work on a daily basis. We work hard so we can play hard! When peak season arises or when we are ramping up for a large project, PMG may require employees to work additional hours during the week, and sometimes work over a weekend. During these times, PMG provides additional perks, such as team meals and a relaxed dress code, to make work feel more like home and less like work.

      Pros

      - Great culture - lots of fun things in the office, including Video Games, Keurig Coffee machine, and a putting green - Great deal of growth anticipated in the near future - Very fun group of people to work with - Beer fridge! - Company is very forward focused, and uses every mistake as an opportunity for learning - Extremely talented recruiting team - Above average compensation - bonus pool system is a great way to build teamwork among the recruiting team

      Cons

      - Occasionally during busy periods will ask you to come in for a few hours on Saturday, although lunch is on PMG - Get used to constantly having a company phone on you. Hard to leave work at work.

      We are happy to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your employment with PMG! There are times throughout the year when PMG does require our employees to work hours in addition to their regular schedule in response to business demands. During these busy times we allow casual attire in the office, and we also provide breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner to anyone working hours outside their typical schedule. We understand that a work-life balance is important to our team so we encourage employees to take advantage of our flexible work schedule when business needs are not as demanding.
